The team includes clinicians, engineers, and operational staff collaborating on product development and deployment. ‍ About The Role This role is intended for a clinical professional who can support both implementation and ongoing use of Deep Breathe’s technology. It combines site-based work, remote support, and feedback collection. ‍ Core Functions Include Onsite support: Training, onboarding, and troubleshooting at partner sitesRemote onboarding: Delivering virtual training and ongoing supportProject monitoring: Supporting adoption, addressing issues, and gathering feedbackConference participation: Representing the product at selected meetings and eventsThe role focuses on ensuring that users can apply the technology appropriately within their clinical workflows. ‍ Key responsibilities Serve as the primary clinical contact for partner sitesDeliver onsite and virtual training to clinical usersSupport active deployments, including troubleshooting and workflow integrationRepresent the company at conferences and external events when neededCollect and communicate user feedback to internal product and clinical teamsWork with internal teams to improve implementation and user experienceTravel to partner sites as required ‍ Qualifications Clinical Experience Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferredEducation / Training Experience Experience teaching or training healthcare professionals in clinical settingsCommunication and Problem-Solving Ability to communicate clearly and manage issues in real timeTravel Requirements Willingness to travel regularly to support partner sitesDomain Experience (Preferred) Experience with point-of-care ultrasound or medical device customer success a strong asset ‍ Additional information Training in point-of-care ultrasound will be provided to support the responsibilities of the role. ‍ Clinical backgrounds of interest ParamedicsNurses (ED, transport, or critical care preferred)Respiratory therapistsUltrasound technologists
