About the role

The Clinical Solution Consultant – General Imaging Ultrasound (Kansas) will serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers, working closely with the Account Managers and other local team members during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training;
  • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems;
  • Schedule and perform demonstrations as required to support assigned geography and implement system installation customer training while completing required checklists;
  • Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams;
  • Generate leads, cover tradeshows as assigned, and effectively support installed base while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of radiology experience as an ARDMS. Sales, teaching/in-service experience, RVT, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast, Pediatric and AB registries, preferred;
  • In-depth knowledge in General Imaging and Vascular Ultrasound environment;
  • Ability to perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position;
  • Excellent communicator who is collaborative, customer centric, team oriented, and an independent self-starter.

Pay

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $132,000 to $150,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Schedule

This is a field role. Must be willing to travel including overnights. (75%).

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
