About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Neurodevelopmental Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics, neurodevelopmental disorders, and a passion for innovative care solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and clinical practices in neurodevelopmental care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring physicians to ensure clear understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Participate in professional development activities and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Pediatrics, Psychology, Special Education).
  • Current license to practice in your state.
  • Experience working with children and families facing neurodevelopmental challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

  • Experience with evidence-based interventions for neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
