Clinical Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supports the Practice and Clinical Manager with the day-to-day operational needs
• Staffing, assuring appropriate coverage, providing backup as needed
• Physician room assignments, ongoing
• Office and medical supply inventory management
• Provider schedules
• Regularly reviewing work processes to ensure the efficiency of workflow, implementing best practices
• Works with Manager to establish, implement, and maintain practice policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with quality and safety, and regulatory requirements
• Supports patient transitions (direct admits, procedure scheduling, bed management, and partnership with Penn Transfer System and designated hospital)

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant (MA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification is Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• 5+ years Outpatient clinic experience required
• 3+ years of experience with direct reports is preferred
