Responsibilities

  • Drive the clinical aspects of the sale through education, physician and staff support during product trials, and new account implementations in healthcare settings.
  • Assist in the Capital sales process and additional adoptions at existing accounts.
  • Present Pain Management products to healthcare workers in healthcare settings, assist at professional trade shows & cadaveric workshops, and develop and maintain a high level of expertise in the field of reimbursement as it relates to Surgical Pain Management and related therapies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive and complementary pain management therapies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in a clinical field (nursing, surgical tech, radiology tech, etc.) OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in a clinical field.
  • Technical experience in the medical field with strong understanding of OR and procedural suites.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
  • Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development.
  • Ability to travel frequently and often.
  • Ability to work early mornings.
  • Ability to lead in the face of ambiguity.
  • Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and drive results.
  • Persistence to achieve long-term objectives in the face of obstacles.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in a hospital, surgery center, or medical office setting in a clinical role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Nursing degree preferred.
  • Experience working with orthopedic, pain, or anesthesia specialties preferred.

Pay

The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits.
