About the role

As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will independently utilize the nursing process to safely, therapeutically, and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNH’s policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements. You will create a practice environment that maximizes individual performance and serve as a resource and mentor to staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and efficient care for a group of patients
• Adhere to HMNH’s policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
• Create a practice environment that maximizes individual performance
• Serve as a resource and mentor to staff

Requirements

• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS provider card
• Current NRP provider card
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
• 16 units of Baby Friendly education
• 2 years recent NICU experience
• Recent experience in Level II or Level III NICU
• National neonatal certification preferred

Pay

Opening pay range: $51.31 to $78.76 per hour for Clinical RN.
