Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects.
  • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients in healthcare revenue cycle optimization.
  • Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to drive tangible operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).
  • 1-3 years of deep healthcare experience, with a focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing being a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge in hospital revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on charge capture processes, is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is preferred.
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Up to 20% travel to client sites as needed.
