Clinical Revenue Cycle Sr Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Revenue Cycle Sr Associate to oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects. In this role, you will apply both technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients by delivering high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies. You’ll collaborate with various levels of client leadership to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their revenue cycles, making a tangible impact on their operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects.
• Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver analysis and process improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with client leadership to drive operational improvements in revenue cycles.
• Manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams.
• Use data and analytics tools to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).
• 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience, with a focus on professional billing coding and charging.
• Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
• Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, specifically in coding and charge capture processes.
• Strong technical knowledge with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
