Revenue Cycle Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate to ensure the financial health of Talkspace through meticulous revenue cycle support. This role focuses on organization and efficiency, processing claims into our database with a high standard of accuracy, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Revenue Cycle Associate collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing issues, contributing to streamlined and accurate billing practices, and fostering timely reimbursement for overall financial success.

Responsibilities

• Organize and process claims into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing.
• Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing.
• Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work experience.
• Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred.
• Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is between $22.00.
