Responsibilities
- Enter data from visit worksheets efficiently & accurately into electronic data collection systems
- Prepare visit packets and assemble binders
- Auxiliary study coordination, patient interactions, data collection, regulatory documentation, and research-related administrative duties
- Assist with reporting adverse events, serious adverse events, protocol deviations, and other study documentation
- Maintain daily temperature logs
- Perform phlebotomy, process and ship the specimens
- Shred study files when archiving is completed
Requirements
- 1 Year Clinical experience working with adult patients, cardiology preferred
- Clinical Research experience preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant or previous experience as a Medical Assistant required
- 1-2 years of Phlebotomy experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
