About the role
The Clinical Research Medical Assistant supports high-quality clinical trial execution while delivering an excellent experience for patients, physicians, and study partners.
- Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported to help meet study goals.
- Participant retention is prioritized so patients attend and complete required visits throughout the trial.
- Clinical data and visit documentation are entered accurately and in a timely manner across required systems.
- IM injections are administered safely and accurately.
- Strong communication is maintained with sponsors, CROs, physicians, and internal team members to keep studies moving forward.
- Sponsor and client interactions are handled professionally to ensure a high level of service both onsite and remotely.
- Physician trust is maintained by staying organized, knowledgeable, and proactive in communicating patient and protocol updates.
Skills needed to win
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting.
- Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

- Onsite Monday-Friday position.

- Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through in day-to-day study operations.

- Clear communication with patients, providers, sponsors, and teammates.
- Ownership of responsibilities from start to finish and quick movement when great candidates and great opportunities are identified.
