Clinical Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Support development of recruitment strategy for an acne trial, including reassessing recruitment forecasts, monitoring recruitment performance at each site, and identifying trends with recruitment challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess enrollment projections.
• Monitor recruitment performance at each site (assist with tracking and site follow-up).
• Identify trends with recruitment challenges.
• Work with recruitment vendor.
• Communicate with sponsor on recruitment status, trends, projections, and challenges.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of clinical or industry experience, with patient recruitment.
