Recruitment Specialist | Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective experts and introduce them to relevant paid research opportunities.
• Explain project requirements, compensation, and time commitments to candidates.
• Assess candidates' interest and potential fit for the opportunities.
• Answer basic questions about the platform and available opportunities.
• Follow up with interested candidates by phone, email, or text.
• Help candidates complete the application and onboarding process.
• Accurately track calls, outcomes, and follow-up activity.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in recruiting or talent sourcing.
• Experience in sales development or appointment setting is valuable.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and market research participant recruitment.
• Experience in academic or professional outreach is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle objections professionally.
