Pay

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000/year (exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

About the Role

As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and therapy professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for nursing and therapy roles across the organization, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centered hiring experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by aligning recruitment strategies with workforce planning, operational needs, and long-term business goals, and occasionally supporting employee relations needs in partnership with leaders and HR.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Pipeline Manager to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building strong and sustainable clinical talent pipelines.
  • Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, candidate behaviors, and market conditions to inform and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Represent Vivie at career fairs, talent events, and community outreach initiatives, strengthening our presence and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
