About the role

You will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults, administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tests that assess cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and personality functioning. By integrating clinical interviews, test results, and medical records, you will provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations. You will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, contribute neuropsychological expertise to person-centered care, and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports. Additionally, you will conduct feedback sessions with clients and caregivers to review results and recommendations, fostering effective planning for their functional, academic, vocational, and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults as appropriate to program needs.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized neuropsychological and psychological tests assessing cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and personality functioning.
• Integrate clinical interviews, test results, and medical records into diagnostic formulations.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to contribute neuropsychological expertise to person-centered care.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Conduct feedback sessions with clients and caregivers to review results and recommendations.
• Foster effective planning for clients' functional, academic, vocational, and behavioral needs.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in neuropsychology or clinical psychology.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Maine.
• Strong written and communication skills for preparing clear evaluation reports and conducting feedback sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of neuropsychological and psychological assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.
• Ability to synthesize complex clinical information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
• Capacity to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards.
