CLINICAL PROGRAMS APPRENTICE ANALYST

About the role

The Clinical Programs Apprentice will join the Clinical Programs team to support OCHIN’s Builder Programs and member-facing clinical workgroups. This role assists with program coordination, workgroup facilitation, communications, and member engagement activities while developing foundational skills in program management, healthcare operations, quality improvement, and clinical transformation efforts that support OCHIN members.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of Clinical Program activities that advance program goals, member engagement, and organizational priorities.
• Assist with the planning, facilitation, and evaluation of member-facing clinical workgroups, builder programs, and other learning communities.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support, including meeting planning, communications, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Programs, Clinical Informatics, and other cross-functional teams to support program implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain program resources, tools, and documentation, including SharePoint sites, communications, and member-facing materials.
• Gather, organize, and communicate member feedback, program metrics, and improvement opportunities to support program effectiveness.
• Research and apply best practices, tools, and methodologies that enhance program operations and member experience.
• Develop knowledge and skills in quality improvement methodologies, including the Model for Improvement and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, while contributing to OCHIN's culture of continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, communications, education, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, especially in a virtual forum.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely and will require that employees be on camera for all virtual meetings. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.

Work Location and Travel

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home. Some positions may require on-site support at member organizations for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs.

Pay

Min $23.56/hr - $37.69/hr
