Position Overview
Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Program Therapist / Social Worker to join our compassionate and mission-driven Behavioral Health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach
- Lead and co-facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational programming
- Develop individualized discharge plans in partnership with patients, families, and community resources
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals
- Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy as needed
- Participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Support weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on-call needs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; required
- Independent practice licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-I, LPC, LMFT); preferred
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; preferred
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is PRN | As Needed, meaning you may be scheduled to work based on patient need and departmental requirements.
