Clinical Program Manager RN - Los Angeles Location
About the role
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for collaboration, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of programs/systems that enhance professional practice outcomes within the healthcare medical team. Shares accountability for oversight of education, clinical practice and safety protocols in conjunction with implementation of new standards of care. Role models proactive, values-driven working relationships across the organization in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Assures practice is in accordance with JCAHO standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria and professional practice/scope of practice.
Responsibilities

- Affirms practice is in accordance with JCAHO standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria and professional practice/scope of practice.
- Develops effective relationships to lead, role model, collaborate and effectuate change.
- Participates and guides in the selection and hiring of key clinical positions within the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Within 90 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory care and acute care nursing. 7 years preferred.
- 3 years Supervisory/management experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License

$68.94 - $108.84 per hour
