RN – Nurse Manager 📍 Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview

Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling for assigned unit(s).

Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to nursing staff.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership.

Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Must have OR experience
