Clinical Procedure Specialist I

About the role

This position involves promoting and selling clinical procedure products such as Peripheral IV Access, Pain Control, IV Anesthesia Sets, and Regional Anesthesia Ultrasound to healthcare providers. The candidate will interact with established clients and develop new prospects, providing product presentations, evaluations, and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Call on clinical decision makers to present and position products for purchase.
• Prospect and qualify new leads through in-person and virtual sales channels.
• Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet or exceed quotas.
• Collaborate with regional teams to grow sales and expand market share.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, financial analyses, proposals, and competitive assessments.
• Support product evaluations and conversions, and maintain relationships with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2+ years related sales experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare products and sales practices.
• Strong judgment, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel over 50% with a valid driver’s license and passport.

Location

This is a remote role targeting candidates in Seattle or Portland, covering the states of Washington, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Alaska.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus incentives and a company vehicle.
