About the role

Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services in the Urgent Cares to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support both the Bellevue and North Clinics.

Requirements

Required Education And Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • A Master’s degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in another field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.

Qualifications

Required Credentials:

  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
  • Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS).

Skills

Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Benefits

Compensation Range: $129,992.00 - $194,988.00 per year
