Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

Job Summary The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating and implementing clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care. They develop and manage systems that promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapies, contributing to desirable patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily clinical pharmacy operations and services.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and promote safe medication practices.Support system development to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.Current pharmacist license in the practice state.At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.Preferred: PGY-1 residency, Board Certification, and additional clinical experience. Additional Requirements: Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills to work effectively within a healthcare team.
