Position Overview

The Coordinator supports business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities within the Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPS) Central Function Office. This role partners closely with internal CPS colleagues and enabling functions and may also interact with external third-party suppliers. The Coordinator helps maintain efficient operational processes, accurate and organized documentation, and timely completion of administrative activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, providing timely, professional, and accurate communication.
  • Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, compliance activities, and specific projects or initiatives.
  • Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, querying, reviewing, editing, and updating information.
  • Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, filing, and archiving.
  • Utilize various computer systems, applications, and tools to support established processes and workflows.
  • Follow applicable regulations, internal policies, procedures, and established business processes.
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, enabling functions, and external suppliers as needed to support operational efficiency and the timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and agile approach to supporting delivery of results.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
  • High school diploma required; business school certification or college degree preferred.

Pay

$25–28/hour
