About the role

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Float Clinical Pharmacist Specialist responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-centered medication therapy in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care
• Supporting both centralized and decentralized medication-use systems
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited school
• Clinical pharmacy experience (hospital-based)
• Completion of PGY-1 or PGY-2 residencies or 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active Pharmacist license
• Certifications such as BPS, BLS, and ACLS are required or preferred
