Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, upon hire or
- Doctor of Pharmacy in Pharmacy, upon hire and
- Residency completion or
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Pharmacist: WA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
- Board Certified Ambulatory, within 36 - months or
- Board Certified Cardiology, within 36 - months or
- Board Certified Compound Strl, within 36 - months or
- Board Certified Critical Care, within 36 - months or

- Work, as directed by facility pharmacy leadership, on developing, coaching and mentoring pharmacy staff to maximize their scope of practice in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and scholarly activities across the continuum of care
- Educate the medical staff regarding cost-effective, quality pharmaceutical care based on evidence based medicine and best practices
- Participate in assigned committees relevant to their knowledge, experience and practice area
- Assure that clinical pharmacy initiatives are in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Helps doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to help patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury.
- Meticulously reviews every prescription in your queue for safety, critically assessing for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, patient allergies, or any irregularities.
- Authorizes prescriptions for the pharmacy technician, performing a final check before dispensing medication to the nursing station, ensuring expert oversight in every process.
- Enjoys learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions for real people.
- Continually looks for ways to go above and beyond for patients, delivering an exceptional experience along with exceptional care.
- Promotes long and short-range planning to respond and integrate within the market, Region, and system.
