Clinical Pharmacist (Remote in Arizona or New Mexico)

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Remote in Arizona or New Mexico) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role will focus on advancing pharmacy programs that support clinically complex members and improve medication use across the organization. The pharmacist will partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive medication therapy optimization, strengthen care coordination, and support client-facing initiatives. This position also requires a strong blend of clinical judgment, managed care experience, and effective communication to enhance outcomes for high-risk populations.
