Clinical Pharmacist - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide patient-centered care in an emergency department setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage adult and pediatric patients. The role involves responding to medical emergencies, supporting operational pharmacy services, and offering secondary clinical expertise in Pediatrics/NICU. The pharmacist also serves as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• PharmD or bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
