Clinical Pharmacist - Per Diem

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to coordinate medication services in a specialty pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe, evidence-based drug therapy
• Standardize medication practices
• Manage drug procurement, inventory, and billing processes
• Coordinate medication-related services in specialty pharmacy
• Ensure safe, effective, and standardized drug therapy
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and billing teams
• Contribute to patient-centered, whole-person care within a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, specialty, or ambulatory care pharmacy practice

Pay

$72.42 to $114.33 per hour, may include additional compensation such as shift differentials or bonuses.
