Responsibilities
- Provides clinical pharmacy coverage for Progressive Care units, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy.
- Reviews medication orders, monitors patient responses, performs medication reconciliation, and provides evidence-based recommendations to improve patient outcomes.
- Manages complex medication regimens for patients with acute and chronic conditions, assists with transitions of care, and supports antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives.
- Serves as a medication expert and educational resource for healthcare providers while contributing to quality improvement efforts across the inpatient setting.
Requirements
- A strong background in clinical pharmacy experience and/or a completed PGY1 is preferred.
- Candidates must possess a Pharmacist license in the State of Florida.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Required
- Registered Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist - DOH

Schedule
