Clinical Patient Care RN Manager WEEKENDS

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for coordinating all patient care services for your team. You will collaborate with physicians and coordinate team member schedules to ensure patients receive the quality care they deserve, when they need it.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

Your home care team manager role will be based out of the program’s home office [CT1] every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred
• Current and valid R.N. License to practice in the state where the VITAS program is located
• Two years successful supervisory experience or equivalent in a health care organization
