About the role
Facilitate payor authorizations, coordinate patient care across the continuum, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure accurate documentation, resolve system barriers, monitor patient progress, and intervene to optimize care and discharge processes.
Qualifications
- Illinois RN license
- Bachelor's degree (preferred from NLN-accredited school)
- Clinical certification (beneficial)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Prior experience in Utilization Management, Managed Care, or chronic disease management is highly preferred
- EMR familiarity and knowledge of InterQual or MCG criteria are advantageous

Schedule
