Clinical Operations Manager- PCU
About the role
The Clinical Operations Manager- PCU is responsible for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. They lead an interprofessional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. This role requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN), with a Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred, and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Responsibilities
- Translates and achieves strategic priorities and outcomes
- Provides oversight of an operational and staffed unit 24x7, weekends, and holidays
- Advocates for and embeds evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards
- Led an interprofessional team to create an environment of excellence in patient and organizational outcomes
- Ensures compliance with patient care policies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership preferred

Schedule
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at North Hospital with availability to round to evenings and weekends and on call rotation approximately once every other month.
