Clinical Nutrition Dietitian Manager

Job Description

Utilizes research and analytical techniques to apply best available evidence to practice and improve health outcomes.

Participates in the development of menus, nutritional supplements, functional foods and parenteral nutrition to meet the health, nutritional, and cultural needs of target populations.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Able to apply the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics’ Nutrition Care Process [Required]
• Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, such as CMS, AHCA, DNV, NIAHO, and ISO9001 [Required]
• Effective computer skills, Microsoft Suite and scheduling software [Required]
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written [Required]
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]

Education

• Master's [Required]

Work Experience

• 4+ clinical nutrition experience [Required]
• 5+ supervisory experience [Required]

Additional Information

• Licenses And Certifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) [Required]
