About the role

Join a specialized surgical progressive care unit as a Clinical Nurse, providing care for high-acuity postoperative patients across various surgical disciplines, including transplant, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and vascular surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families on management and post-discharge care
• Ensuring patient safety and quality standards
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

• RN license
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• No prior experience needed; 2 years of experience is preferred for the role
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
