Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Medical ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Coordinate patient care and mentor ICU nurses
• Promote evidence-based practices to ensure quality care
• Manage daily staffing and oversee patient flow
• Support complex clinical decision-making
