Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Medical ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Coordinate patient care and mentor ICU nurses
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage daily staffing and oversee patient flow
• Support complex clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
