We need to extract sections: maybe About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities (What The Clinical Supervisor Will Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What The Clinical Supervisor Will Need), Benefits (Highlights And Benefits), maybe Pay (Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY), Schedule (Hours | Schedule: 40 Hours per week Night shift). Also maybe Skills (communication etc). But we should only include sections where there is real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications maybe. But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We need to avoid repeating job title. So no heading for job title. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: - About the role: Position Summary: "Coordinates patient care activities and services according to the hospital’s mission, goals and objectives. Integrates patient care services with all hospital departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery." - Responsibilities: "What The Clinical Supervisor Will Do" list: bullet points. List items: - Develops master plans (with manager/staff input) for areas of responsibility that support mission and strategic plan of the organization. - Develops budgets for area/s of responsibility and monitors expenditures and effective utilization of financial resources. - Identifies unit staff needs and allocates appropriate nursing staff on a daily basis consistent with department standards and cost center accountability. - Develops and implements performance standards. - Promotes continuous improvement through innovation and work redesign. - Completes PPE’s as scheduled. - Provides information to management regarding resource needs. - Assures unit practices are monitored. - Ensures adherence to accrediting and regulatory standards of patient care. - Review/revise unit specific policies and procedures/ standards/ protocols yearly. We can put as
  • ... etc. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What The Clinical Supervisor Will Need": list. Items: - Graduate of accredited educational program for professional nursing. - BSN preferred. - BCLS certification, ACLS preferred. - Michigan Registered Nurse licensure required. - Three years clinical nursing experience. (Rehab Services 2-3 years clinical nursing experience) - Demonstrate ability and skill in the management of organizational change and continuous quality improvement processes. - Evidence of creative and innovative approaches to achieving outcomes. - Ability to facilitate staff development through appropriate coaching, mentoring, and counseling. - Well developed communication skills, both written and oral. - Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives. - Ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, subsidiary and collegiality. - Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of the Network. We could separate Requirements (licensure, experience, education) and Qualifications (skills). But we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements". However we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We could split: Requirements: education, licensure, experience. Qualifications: skills, abilities. But we need to avoid filler. We have specific content. Let's decide: Use Requirements for education/licensure/experience. Use Qualifications for skills/abilities. - Requirements: - Graduate of accredited educational program for professional nursing. - BSN preferred. - BCLS certification, ACLS preferred. - Michigan Registered Nurse licensure required. - Three years clinical nursing experience. (Rehab Services 2-3 years clinical nursing experience) - Qualifications: - Demonstrate ability and skill in the management of organizational change and continuous quality improvement processes. - Benefits: "Highlights And Benefits" list. Items: - Competitive compensation - DAILYPAY - Benefits effective Day One! No waiting periods. - Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability - Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions - Colleague Referral Program to earn cash and prizes - Unlimited career growth opportunities with one of the largest Catholic healthcare organizations in the country - Tuition Reimbursement We could also include Pay: "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". But we already have competitive compensation in Benefits. However Pay section is separate if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". So we could have Pay section with that detail. But we might duplicate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Pay into Benefits? But they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state competitive compensation and DAILYPAY. However Benefits already includes those. Could we have Pay section with just "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY" and Benefits with other benefits? That would be two thin sections. Might be better to combine into Benefits and omit Pay. But they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them, but we can still choose to not create Pay if we think it's redundant. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating Pay if we can incorporate its content into Benefits. Since Benefits already mentions competitive compensation and DAILYPAY, we can keep Benefits and omit Pay. Schedule: "Hours | Schedule: 40 Hours per week Night shift". So we have schedule info. We'll create Schedule section. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

    headings and

    or

    • . We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft:
