Lead and oversee daily operations of an acute care unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Mentor staff and step in as unit leader in the absence of management
- Provide direct patient care as needed
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Additional certifications (e.g., CCRN, NRP) advantageous
