Clinical Nurse - Rapid Response Team (Night Shift)

Role Overview The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse provides hospital-wide emergency response for situations like Code Blue, Code White, trauma, and CAT events. They serve as a clinical resource, offering guidance and education to staff on complex procedures. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in alignment with nursing standards, promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The nurse educates patients and families on managing their conditions, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Additionally, they collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop individualized care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and patient preferences. This position demands critical nursing skills, alertness, and adherence to safety protocols.
