Clinical Nurse - Primary Care

About the role

Provides direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients across the continuum of care. The role requires rapid clinical assessment, sound judgment, and adherence to professional nursing standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Practice is aligned with organizational values, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license from Florida Department of Health or Compact license
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting

Location

TGH Main Campus, Tampa, FL (on-site; no remote work eligibility)

Schedule

• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay

Minimum starting salary: $33.32 per hour
