RN - Primary Care

About the Role

Registered Nurse in an adult and family primary care setting, providing comprehensive patient care in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to established standards
• Manage patients with complex needs
• Demonstrate initiative, clinical knowledge, and skills
• Ensure patient safety and quality care delivery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• Current MA RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum of two years ambulatory nursing experience
• Pediatric and OB/GYN experience for family sites
• Ability to speak a second language is preferred
