About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on prevention, treatment, and advocacy. They utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to identify issues and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery and promote health education and safety.
• Consult with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Evaluate progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
• Adhere to ANA Standards of Professional Practice and institutional policies.
• Utilize technology for documentation and communication.
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: 5+ years of RN experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Proficiency in nursing processes, teamwork, communication, and technology use.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in potentially hazardous environments.
