About the Role

Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience. Full-time position with benefits eligibility. Schedule options include three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, starting at 6:45am. Includes on-call and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educates patients and their families on managing illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
  • Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Engages in professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, family, or caregiver, in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN degree.
  • Prior Neuro OR nursing experience.
