Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced Critical Care PACU environment, managing a 90-bed unit. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, focusing on patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. The role may involve caring for critically ill ICU patients and participating in innovative surgical care initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license. No prior experience necessary; supervision experience is not required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
