About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an outpatient oncology infusion setting, focusing on administering therapies, patient education, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized care plans
• Assesses physical and emotional needs of patients
• Educates patients and families on treatment management
• Promotes a healing environment
• Participates in professional development
• Ensures effective communication across care teams

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Less than 2 years of experience
• Strong IV access skills
• Critical thinking and communication abilities
• Patient-centered approach

This role is safety-sensitive and may require floating to other sites.
