Clinical Nurse Outpatient Infusion

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Infusion Therapy Oncology Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient oncology setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
• Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required, but less than 2 years and oncology experience are preferred.
• Strong IV insertion and port access skills.
