Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and supports post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, considering patient preferences, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical and emotional needs, fostering a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills BSN or ADN required; RN license essentialPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experienceAbility to work safely and attentively in a high-acuity environment Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to moderate to high acuity patients with complex needsEducate patients and families on care management and medication administrationParticipate in safety initiatives and quality improvement activitiesCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless care delivery This role requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, with preference for those holding a Bachelor's Degree.
