Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.Contributes to a safe and healing environment, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Current RN licensure.Previous experience is not mandatory, but 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.Critical thinking, strong assessment skills, and ability to work safely and alertly are essential.
