Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care aligned with standards and patient preferences.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication, and health management.
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans with clear goals and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing.
• No prior experience required; preferred less than 2 years of nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is a plus.
