About the Role
Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Develops, executes, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
This is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Nursing diploma or associate degree, active RN license, no prior experience required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, less than 2 years of experience.
